<p>A 25-year-old Clay County man has been questioned by the Sheriff’s Office after 33-year-old Joseph Comley was stabbed Tuesday in a home in the 500 block of Madison Avenue in Orange Park and later died.</p><p>The Sheriff’s Office said the younger man, identified as Brandon Hand, 25, was helping someone else in the home with a project around 7 p.m. when he argued with Comley, who hit him a number of times as he tried to leave. Comley was stabbed with a pocket knife, the report said, and died later at Orange Park Medical Center. <p>Twice-a-week watering regulations return Sunday with daylight-saving time to the 18 counties within the St. Johns River Water Management District.</p><p>Under restrictions adopted a year ago, landscape irrigation is limited to two days a week during daylight-saving time, and one day a week during the winter months. The restrictions were put in place to ensure efficient use of water for lawn and landscape irrigation and conserve Florida’s water. <p>Gary Meeks will take office next month as the newest Orange Park Town Council member, after winning a two-way race Tuesday.</p><p>Meeks, a former Orange Park police officer who has served on the town’s public safety committee, received 344 votes.
